I'm way late to the party, but this is a pitch-perfect soundboard recording of the most innovative guitar player alive. Thanks for sharing!

As Duane Allman might say if he were still alive, "Man, these cats can play!" Ranging from P-Funk-style wackiness to the sounds that your PC might make in its death throes, Buckethead, backed by a supertight bass 'n' drums rhythm section, defies the narrow "shred" label that is often placed upon him. Download this, put it on your playback mechanism of choice, kick back and prepare yourself for an intense and mysterious journey.

Who is this taper? Track 5 is Soothsayer, correct? Also, never trust anyone who can't spell dancing.

This is a rather short show, but it's a soundboard, a great recording, and great playing at that. As I often say to people, William S. Burroughs lamented that "we do not have music sufficiently powerful to act as a practical weapon". Clearly he said that before Buckethead came on the scene. DOD - here's your weapon.

This recording is amazing it's one of the best Buckethead sets I've heard. The tracking is a little off Like Buckethead's Toystore being on two & 1/2 tracks Whitewash is on two tracks as well. But that aside definitely download this show if you're a buckethead fan. And if you've never heard Buckethead before Listen To This Show Now!!! It'll make a Buckethead-head out of you.
p.s.
this version sounds much better than the aud recording that is also here.

I listened to this show last night, and I must say, it was amazing. Having just discovered buckethead about a month ago, i'm hooked! And I must admit this site is great, really opening up the live sound of buckethead.

I'm not all the way through it but this show is incredible. Only one thing is wrong, song number 5 is Soothsayer not Waiting Here... isn't it Waiting Hare too?

The guy has the chops, for sure. I can see how he would have fit in quite well with Les Claypool. The shredding can border on wanking at times, but the slower melodic stuff (end of Toy Store, For Mom>Pure Imagination>Pirate's Life) is quite good.
From what I can tell of the sound quality (listening on sub/sat PC system to VBR MP3s), this one is well worth a download.

I downloaded another version but this one seems to sound much better. Anyhoo, the show was a highlight for me. I will be keeping up with this monstrosity from now on. Great recording.

First time buckethead listener except for what I saw on First Bonnaroo DVD with Col. Claypool. The sound quality on this recording is superb(10+). This show seems like a great way for first time b-head listeners to be exposed. The music ranges from Riff craziness, to melodies. In other words, there is something here for most music fans.

It is great to see some Buckethead on the Archive. Thanks to the folks putting in the hard work. Because of the typical festival standard this set is shorter than most, but the quality is great and it is obvious. Enjoy.
